About Us

Since 2015, Guzakuza has directly impacted over 7,000 Women in Agribusiness across the African continents. Through the Ignite programme, it has also provided opportunities and served as a platform for Women in Agribusiness particularly, Female Agribusiness Founders to be educated, nurtured and empowered to build sustainable food businesses, spend quality time on their business models and improve their personal development through mentorship, coaching, internship, business simulations, and relevant Agribusiness training.

Over the years, Guzakuza has proven to be credible and impactful. Our works have been featured in both global and local media such as the New York Times, The Independent UK, The Guardian UK, DW TV and Radio, Spore Magazine, Joy News, Peace News, and Citi News. Awards; Guzakuza has been adjudged the best organization under the 40 under 40 awards. Among other awards include Ghana Outstanding Women Awards and Agribusiness Sheroes Awards. Certifications; Guzakuza in collaboration with the Enterprise Risk Management Institute and the London Academy of Professional Training is able to issue certified Postgraduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Diploma in Agribusiness related courses to women.


Our Journey.

In 2015

Guzakuza which came about during a concept transformation session in kanthari, India was derived from two Swahili words, Guza (touch) and kuza (grow).


We have created thought provoking workshops by some of the continent’s finest business coaches and facilitators.

What we offer

We Inspire

We Inspire black women in Africa and the diaspora to build resilient Agribusinesses in Africa. We have inspired over 7,000 women across the African continent through meetups, workshops, and seminars.

We Connect

We Connect young women in Agribusiness to each other and to resources. We have directly connected over 3000 women for collaborative purposes. Business Agreements and partnerships have been formed. The goal is to work together to achieve more.

We Create

Through our flagship programs like Ignite and Women in Agribusiness Week, we have been a springboard that creates opportunities for the women in Agribusiness to thrive. We give them the jumpstart they need through training, coaching, mentorship, internship, access to market and business advisory services including professional programs.
